Stator
The stator is a screw sleeve with more than one threaded head of the rotor.The stator is one of the main wear parts of single screw pump. The stator
will be worn because of the solid composition, pressure and viscosity of the conveying medium and the rotation of the rotor.The stator material has a variety of options, there are a variety of natural and synthetic elastic rubber materials, including natural rubber,nitrile rubber, EPDM rubber, FKM, 等, can provide special materials for harsh work conditions also.
Rotor
The rotor, which is generally made of highly wear-resistant metal, forms conveying chambers on the inner side of the stator.These conveying chambers are pushed forward in the direction of conveying as the rotor rotates. The result is a continuous conveying current. Stator and rotor are specially coordinated to reduce wear to a minimum.
